BUILDING CONTENT TO RESONATE WITH KEY AUDIENCES

IBM Modernize Cloud - Content Strategy Team


Over the span of my 3 month internship, I had the opportunity to dive into a key project for IBM's Cloud Content Marketing Team. After the duration of the internship, I was converted to a Full-time position.


For my summer project, my team and I:

  • Researched and collected audience and market insights into the key audience persona for IBM Hybrid Cloud offerings campaign.
  • Performed a content audit of 100+ assets, logging and evaluating best in-class developer-focused content from IBM’s competitors and from other brands.
  • Proposed a content strategy complete with key IBM messages and positioning aimed at addressing market insights to be implemented after the duration of the internship.

Anna is very organized, whip smart, and a fast learner. She is great at taking direction but also seeks unusual and creative solutions to outcomes. Her attitude is outstanding. Her natural leadership ability lifts up the other interns. She became very proficient in Pearl and Google Analytics and rooted all her decisions in data.
