I believe photography is all about seeking out the extraordinary in everyday life, showcasing the beauty in mundane scenes, or highlighting overlooked details. MY ACADEMIC JOURNEY
I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), where I studied and fell in love with marketing. While expanding my freelance photography business, I pursued degrees in Marketing & HR Management, with minors in Advertising and Public Relations. I instantly fell in love with the concept of combining visual communications with marketing strategy and made every effort to become as well-rounded in the field as I possibly could. My involvement on campus was focused on improving my skills and gaining experience, whether it was in graphic design, photography, or marketing strategy. Hosting headshot days and design workshops for students allowed me to share my passions with others, in hopes that they too would feel inspired to create.
