LOGO DESIGN & BRANDING FOR AN INCREDIBLE CAUSE

123 miles. 2 girls. 1 mission. $23,000+ raised for cancer research.

On May 9, 2024, Lindsey Fritz and Zoe Schaap ran from Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Cancer Center to the Montauk (MTK) Point Lighthouse for their self-started 123 mile initiative. Each mile of their journey was dedicated to cancer patients, survivors, and those who have passed. In partnership with the MSK Giving team, brand supporters and Lindsey and Zoe's community, they successfully made this a holistic fundraising initiative that creates a lasting impact stretching far beyond 123 miles.

  • Designed the MSK2MTK logo based on the girls' vision using Adobe Photoshop to be used for merchandise, the website, and other promotional materials.
  • Captured branding photos to be used across promotional content on the website, social media, and NYC billboards.

AS SEEN IN TIMES SQUARE, NYC!

I had the privilege of designing the logo & capturing the photos, elements featured on the above billboard. Note: I was not responsible for the billboard design itself.

MSK 2 MTK LOGO

The girls provided me with ideas for the colors and elements that they wanted to incorporate into their logo. To bring the concept graphic to life, I added elements that were central to the mission, such as the Manhattan skyline (MSK) and the Montauk Point Lighthouse (MTK).

BRANDING IMAGERY

After developing the logo, I met up with Zoe & Lindsey to capture branding photos to be featured on promotional content across the website, social media, and NYC billboards
